Open 10.30am for the grounds and noon for the castle through the season, which runs 11 February to 19 November. Full hours, including the four date bands and the last entry times, are on the visiting page.
What we can help with
- A fact that looks wrong. Hours shift three times a season and prices change with the ticket period. Tell us and we will check it against the estate's own pages.
- A tour that has changed. Operators move their pickup points and change what they include. If a listing no longer matches what we say, we want to know.
- A question we have not answered. If it is a good one it usually ends up on the FAQ page.
What we cannot help with
We do not take bookings, hold reservations or issue refunds, and we do not sell castle admission. Every booking is made with the operator running that car, and cancellations go through them. Their terms are on the page you book from, and each of our cards states the refund window before you click.
Who we are
